A corner of the store that has served as the post office retains many of the old post office features such as the wire office enclosure.  The US Postal Service has re-installed old fashioned post office boxes for the village residents who live on Route 3-A.  They continue the long tradition of getting their mail and social engagment at the store.

Robie's has already received many "first-in-Hooksett" designations: Historic Site by the Town Council, an Official Project of Save America's Treasures, and placement on the State and National Registers of Historic Places.
